Join the Circus! Want to challenge your mind and body with a new form of movement and exercise? The Stage is offering a 4 week Intro to Aerial course that will teach you foundational movement on aerial hoop, silks, and hammock. You will learn the fundamentals of circus movement technique as you build strength and flexibility from the ground to the air. You will learn a variety of mounts, climbs, and basic poses in each apparatus. Ages 15 and up, all levels of experience and bodies welcomed! * There will be no make-ups, private lessons can be arranged at additional cost. **NO refunds will be given after the start of the course.

Cancellation Policy
