Intro to Pole
Start your pole dance journey with us!
Pole dancing is a great way to enhance your strength and sensuality.
This 4 week course will go over FUNdamentals like pole positions, heel work, choreography basics, and strength/flexibility training. Each class begins with a warm-up, then progresses to pole conditioning & technique practice, and ends with time for choreography & free dancing. We are excited to introduce you to all the things we love about pole!
Ages 15 and up, all levels of experience and bodies welcomed!


Intro to Aerial
Join the Circus!
Want to challenge your mind and body with a new form of movement and exercise? The Stage is offering a 4 week Intro to Aerial course that will teach you foundational movement on aerial hoop, silks, and hammock. You will learn the fundamentals of circus movement technique as you build strength and flexibility from the ground to the air. You will learn a variety of mounts, climbs, and basic poses in each apparatus.
Ages 15 and up, all levels of experience and bodies welcomed!

This 4 week course will go over foundational movement in both pole & aerial; like pole positions, heel work, choreography basics, mounting, climbing, basic poses and strength/flexibility training.
