The Physics of Spin Pole is a master class for pole teachers and students who want to understand—and control—the chaos of the spin. This workshop breaks down the physics behind spinning, offers practical tools for managing speed and reducing disorientation, explores transitions and movement patterns that work best on spin pole, and introduces conditioning strategies designed specifically for spin work and how it differs from static pole. *This is part of the Level 2 Instructor Certificate Program.
