Level 1 Teacher Training

About our program

Created by kinesiology professor Jehan Izhar, The Stage Global’s 50-hour teacher training program blends science, creativity, and care. Designed for aspiring pole and aerial instructors, this 8-week journey combines weekend workshops, online meetings, and at-home study.

The curriculum integrates the art and science of teaching human movement with a deep dive into the kinesiology of pole and aerial arts. Through practice teaching, technique breakdowns, class programming, and leadership training, participants gain the tools to teach with clarity and confidence. Grounded in adaptive, inclusive, and socially conscious methods, the program prepares instructors to meet diverse student needs while addressing the barriers that limit access to movement spaces.
