Join us for a 45 minute twerk workshop designed to get you moving, sweating, and laughing with your bestie. We’ll kick things off with a fun cardio warm-up, then break down beginner-friendly twerk drills and short sequences that celebrate rhythm, bounce, and booty movement. This class is all about learning together and leaving feeling strong and energized.
