This workshop blends pole basework, floorwork, choreography and freestyle into one full-body performance experience. Expect a heels-specific warmup, conditioning, floor and heel fundamentals, and badass choreography. Multi-level class. Pre req: Intro to pole and a Pole 1 class Mandatory: Heels and Knee Pads
