Pole I Choreo

Service Description

Students must have completed our 4 week Intro to Pole course (or equivalent experience at another studio) before signing up for this class. This class is for pole 1 students who have built their movement vocabulary and wish to start learning level 1 choreography. This will be a dance based class using the moves you have learned throughout pole level 1. Each class will include appropriate warm up and conditioning exercises to help students achieve the combo of the day; options for modifications and progression will be given to accommodate students of varying bodies and abilities. Graduations from Pole Tech I means students have successfully completed all moves in the level 1 curriculum and can comfortable invert, leg hang, and dismount. Students with higher level abilities are welcome to take this class but we will not cover movements beyond inversions from the ground in this class.
