In the class, one of our qualified coaches will take you through 12 different flexibility techniques to help you improve your alignment, engage muscles properly, release tension, and retrain your brain to adapt to increased mobility. Go beyond stretching and learn the secrets of how to train effectively to achieve your flexibility goals! *This is a LEVEL 2 class, and you meet the required: 1 month of Level 1 classes before signing up.
