Master Your Invert is an in-depth workshop for pole teachers and dedicated students who want a clearer understanding of how inversions actually work. Led by kinesiology professor Jehan Izhar, the workshop breaks down inversion biomechanics, explores multiple inversion strategies (and when each is most appropriate), and it covers targeted strength and conditioning approaches to address common challenges across different bodies. *This is part of the Level 2 Instructor Certificate Program. Complete 80% of your chosen level 2 track in order to be eligible for certification.
