The best of both worlds! This will enroll you into BOTH the intro to aerial and intro to pole programs. This 4 week Intro course will teach you foundational movement on aerial hoop, silks, hammock, pole positions, heel work, choreography basics. You will learn the fundamentals of movement technique as you build strength and flexibility from the ground to the air.
